Should I tip my performers?
Gratuity is never required but always appreciated! If your performer helped make your event extra magical, tips are a wonderful way to show your appreciation. Our performers average $20-80 per event for gratuity.
How far in advance should I book?
We are booking year round and can accept reservations anytime! For specialized characters, we may need extra time to ensure their availability.
Can I book a character last minute?
Absolutely! While availability is never guaranteed, we are happy to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. Reach out and we’ll see what magic we can make happen!
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change! Rescheduling is always free and easy within 48 hours of your event. We retain a $40 cancellation fee per character for all canceled bookings. We typically don’t allow changes within 24 hours of your event but are happy to discuss on a case by case basis.
Do you offer characters not listed on your website?
Our character collection is always growing. If you’re looking for someone you don’t see on our website, contact us!
Do your performers arrive in costume?
Yes! Our performers arrive fully transformed and ready to entertain. Mermaid characters must get into their tail at the event.
Can characters perform outdoors?
Yes! For the safety of our performers and costumes, plan to move indoors if high winds, precipitation, or temperatures over 90 degrees is in the forecast.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Colorado weather can be unpredictable! For outdoor events, we strongly recommend having an indoor or covered backup location. If our performers are unable to reach you due to bad weather, we can reschedule free or charge or provide a full refund!
Can you travel outside the Denver metro area?
Yes! We love bringing magic all over the four corners of Colorado. Travel fees may apply based on your event location.
